I love yoga and I really enjoy classes with my yoga teacher, she is loving yet firm, wise and inspiring and every time I am in her class in some pretzel like position I can't help but imagine her in leather and a whip in her hand. But this image is a lot more than that. It's a metaphor for my relationship with yoga, the submission to it, the trust in it, the comfort in it, yet it hurts physically, challenges me mentally and recharges me emotionally. I guess I'm a yoga slave!
